How do I modify my program deposit? Follow
Deposits into your Dedicated Account drive your program. Reducing or deferring your deposit could delay negotiations, settlements, and graduation. If you have settlement(s) in place, modifying your deposit could lead to losing the settlement if there's not enough money in your account to cover your settlement payments. If you absolutely must decrease your deposit, call Customer Service at 800-315-2026 to find out how this request could impact your program and to see if they can modify your deposit schedule in a way that preserves your settlements. You may also process your request in your Client Portal under “Reschedule Payment”
