In those situations, our Customer Service Representatives will give you detailed instructions on how to contact the law firm directly and will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you get the best possible terms for your settlement. Typically, we are still able to remit settlement payments on your behalf once you have provided us with a signed Settlement Agreement.
