What do I need to do after I enroll? Follow
- Here's a quick checklist to set yourself up for success in your Debt Relief program:
- Stop using all credit cards enrolled in your program.
- Voluntarily stop paying on all your enrolled accounts and be sure to cancel any automatic payments you may have set up.
- Review the How It Works and Negotiation Overview pages so you know what to expect.
- Make sure you always have enough funds in your bank account to cover your program deposits. Scheduled draft requests will usually be sent to your bank the night before and may show pending. If you need to adjust the dates of your deposits to better coincide with when you get paid, contact customer service.
