Paramount Law doesn’t pay your creditors—you do, through the funds in your Dedicated Account. Once sufficient funds have built up, we can negotiate with your creditor. When we have a settlement offer, you’ll authorize the settlement and then begin paying it with the funds you accrued in your Dedicated Account.
