Depending on how you have automatic payment set up, you should be able to cancel through one of these methods:

- Log into your account on the creditor website to cancel auto payments and delete your bank information.
- Log into your bank account online and remove automatic bill payments to the creditor(s).
- Download and complete the Stop Auto-Pay Letter and mail it to your creditor(s).
