If you receive an offer over the phone from one of your creditors, always ask them to send you the offer in writing. Once you receive that offer, upload it on your Client Portal. We'll review the offer to see how it fits into your entire program strategy to ensure that we get you the best settlements at the right time overall. If the offer and timing are right, we'll reach out to get your authorization.
