When should I expect to get my first settlement? Follow
Over half of our clients get their first settlement within the first four to seven months of their program. However, the timing can vary based on several factors, including:

- Your individual account balances
- The delinquency of the accounts
- The overall strategy we’ve put in place to get you the best settlements.
Since Paramount Law can’t start negotiating until your Dedicated Account has enough funds, we rely on you to stick to your deposit schedule.
