While we're able to negotiate settlements with most creditors, sometimes creditors are unwilling to negotiate with a debt settlement company. If that happens with any of your accounts, we'll discuss the available options with you, which may include waiting for the account to move to a collection agency, involving a third-party law firm to negotiate with the creditor or, as a last resort, removing the account from your program without penalty.
