Negotiations depend on three primary factors (although there are other factors to be aware of):

- The balance in your Dedicated Account and your future scheduled deposits. These funds enable us to make settlement offers.
- The negotiation strategy we’ve created to settle all of your enrolled debt so we can time negotiations with each creditor to get you the best settlements.
- Your creditor’s willingness to accept an offer. Creditors usually become more willing to accept offers as your debt becomes more delinquent. In addition, sometimes the best strategy is to wait for the debt to move to another collector who may be more willing to negotiate a lower settlement amount.
