To see the latest information on upcoming settlements, track the status of your enrolled debt on your Client Portal. We created your custom negotiations schedule using a proprietary algorithm that factored in the unique details of each of your enrolled debts: the creditor, the debt amount, how delinquent the debt is, and available funds (now and in the future) in your Dedicated Account that aren't reserved for payments toward existing settlements. As these details change, we could modify your negotiations schedule.
